Join us for a discussion on best practices and the opportunity to share ideas on different models for courses that foster community and cultivate professional identity. After a brief overview of the empirical evidence for these types of courses and their connection to engaged learning, faculty who have created or taught these courses will share some of their motivations and experiences. Plenty of time will be allotted for questions and discussions.
